The TRC-NW8 series is designed for comprehensive retinal imaging, making it suitable for a wide range of eye care professionals. It supports multiple imaging modes, including non-mydriatic color imaging, red-free imaging, fluorescein angiography (FA), and fundus autofluorescence (FAF) for detailed retinal assessments.
With auto-shoot, autofocus, and auto-exposure, the system ensures sharp and detailed images with minimal effort. The user can seamlessly switch between color, red-free, and fluorescein imaging for a more efficient examination process.
A low-intensity flash reduces discomfort for the patient, allowing multiple images to be taken quickly without causing strain. The system also accommodates pupil sizes as small as 3.3 mm, ensuring accessibility for a broader range of patients.
The TRC-NW8 is equipped with a high-resolution Nikon digital camera, allowing for detailed imaging with enhanced zoom capability. It features a 45° field of view, covering both the fovea and macula for comprehensive retinal assessment.
With nine fixation targets, the system enables the capture of multiple images that can be combined into a mosaic or panoramic overview. The Auto Mosaic function is available when used with IMAGEnet Auto Mosaic software. Additionally, the TRC-NW8 includes stereo photography and a true red-free filter as standard features for improved diagnostic flexibility.
The TRC-NW8F retains all the features of the TRC-NW8 while adding the capability to perform Fluorescein Angiography (FA). Using the same Nikon digital camera, it provides high-quality imaging for both standard fundus photography and angiographic examinations.
